Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with ankle ligament injury who meet the diagnostic criteria of Chinese medicine and Western medicine; 2. Age between 18 and 60 years old; 3. The duration of the patient's ankle joint injury is not more than 6 weeks; 4. Patients volunteered to be included in the study and signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.There is a foot with deformity, limb alignment is not correct, ankle fracture, ankle osteoarthritis, talus necrosis, ankle infection, local open wound, etc.; 2.With benign joint hyperactivity syndrome; 3.Combined with ankle osteochondral injury, need to accept osteochondral transplantation; 4.Combined with subtalar joint instability; 5.With a history of allergy to Chinese patent medicine containing traditional Chinese medicine components, Chinese herbal decoction pieces, Chinese herbal particles or Chinese herbal particles components; 6.The patient's vital signs are not stable, obvious high fever chills, blood pressure, heart rate fluctuations, serious heart, lung, renal insufficiency; 7.Neurosis and mental illness can not cooperate with doctors for diagnosis and treatment activities; 8.Because of the condition needs to take other herbal preparations after surgery; 9.At the same time suffering from other rheumatic and metabolic diseases, such as gout, rheumatoid arthritis, hemophilia, ankylosing spondylitis, etc.; 10.Refuse to accept relevant Chinese medicine treatment
