Improved wuqinxi group:On the basis of the control group,under the guidance of professionals, Wuqinxi is trained for 45 minutes every week, each time for 30 minutes, the heart rate reaches (220- age)

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Meet the fourth national diagnostic criteria for cerebrovascular disease and be diagnosed as stroke by transcranial brain CT or magnetic resonance imaging; Age = 65 years old; Conscious; It meets the evaluation criteria of post-stroke weakness.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Previously suffering from mental illness; There are major diseases such as organ failure and cancer; Those who can't cooperate to complete the wuqinxi rehabilitation.
