Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? On duty registered nurses; ? Able to use mobile phones or the Internet correctly; ? Voluntarily participate in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? Nurses on vacation; ? Continuing education nurses; ? Nurses with a clear history of mental illness or mental illness (such as auditory hallucinations, visual hallucinations, or related medication history or hospitalization experience); ? Nurses who abuse alcohol or drugs; ? Pregnant or lactating nurses; ? Nurses with severe cognitive impairment; ? Participate in other decompression projects within the past 6 months; ? Experienced significant traumatic events in the past 6 months.
