18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 4.1.1. ASA Classification I-III 4.1.2. Age 18-65 years 4.1.3. BMI 18-30 kg/m² 4.1.4. Rotator cuff injury, Patte classification Type I or II

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 4.2.1. Chronic pain conditions requiring the use of opioid medications; 4.2.2. Allergy to amide local anesthetics, or contraindications in patients; 4.2.3. Patients with coagulation disorders or those taking anticoagulant medications; 4.2.4. Psychiatric illnesses, neuromuscular diseases, or any severe systemic disease; 4.2.5. Thoracic deformities, bronchial and pulmonary diseases (COPD); 4.2.6. Active skin infection at the planned block site; 4.2.7. Previous shoulder nerve damage unrelated to this surgery; 4.2.8. Indications for bilateral shoulder surgery; 4.2.9. Severe history of cervical spine disease; 4.2.10. Oral contraceptives, pregnancy, or lactation; 4.2.11. Immune system diseases: Patients who may affect postoperative recovery; 4.2.12. Participation in another clinical trial within 3 months prior to enrollment in this study; 4.2.13. Patients unable to effectively communicate or who refuse to participate in this study.
