Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Aged 18-30 years old, obtain informed consent from the patients; Retain at least 24 natural teeth, of which at least 10 have plaque; Gingivitis or poor oral hygiene: at least 10 bleeding gum sites;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Daily use of other oral cleaning methods (electric toothbrush, floss, mouthwash, interdental brush, dental flusher, etc.) would not be stopped during the test. Any diseases that may increase the risk of study participation or affect the results, such as systemic diseases, oral tumors, diseases affecting oral salivation, or pregnancy status; Long-term use of antibiotics, non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, traditional Chinese medicine; Periodontal treatment was received within 6 months and professional cleaning within 4 weeks before the study. Participated in other clinical studies at the same time; There are mucosal lesions and soft and hard tissue tumors in the oral cavity; Patients with periodontitis stage III and above: maximum probing depth =6mm, attachment loss =5mm, imaging bone loss in 1/3 of the middle root area and above, and tooth loss due to periodontitis. Performing treatments that may interfere with the results of the study, such as orthodontic and restorative treatments;
