Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? Age =18 years old; ? Meet SAP diagnostic criteria; Acute Physiology and Chronic Health Evaluation (APACHE?) 8-15 points; ? Patients with stable disease (stable hemodynamics and respiration under cardiac dosimetry or ventilator support, MAP: 65-110mmHg).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with severe arrhythmias, myocardial ischemia or infarction, deep vein thrombosis, unstable fractures, active bleeding, postural hypotension, or other contraindicated activities due to disease, patients who refuse to participate in or are participating in other trials.
