Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Patients =18 years of age who are undergoing anal surgery 2) American Society of Anesthesiologists Physical Status ?-?. 3) BMI 18-30 kg/m2. 4) Patients use patient-controlled intravenous analgesia (PCIA) after surgery.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Patients with contraindications associated with esketamine. 2) Patients with pre-existing schizophrenia, epilepsy, Parkinson's disease, or myasthenia gravis. 3) Patients with severe dementia, speech impairment, coma, etc., who are unable to complete the preoperative assessment. 4) Patients with preoperative sleep disturbance (Pittsburg Sleep quality score =7). 5) Patients currently using sleeping pills or antidepressants. 6) Body mass index (BMI) = 30 kg/m 2. 7) Patient refusal to participate in the study.
