18 Years to 45 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Adults aged 18 to 45 years old; (2) Being physically and mentally healthy with self-behavior management ability; (3) Being Willing to sign informed consent and participate in subsequent follow-up; (4) Chinese descent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Having special dietary habits (e.g., diabetic diet and ketogenic diet); (2) Having congenital diseases; (3) Having infectious diseases such as COVID-19 or flu at the time of recruitment; (4) Having history of major chronic diseases, including coronary heart disease, stroke, diabetes, and cancer; (5) Having Long-term medication use and consumption of probiotics/prebiotics.
