Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria for patients with major mental disorders :1) meet the diagnostic criteria of the ICD-10 and DSM-5, schizophrenia bipolar disorder, schizoaffective disorder, delusional disorder; 2) No age, no gender; 3) The subject or legal guardian gives full informed consent and signs the informed consent. Admission criteria for patients with acute onset mental disorders :1) onset within 2 weeks, accompanied by abundant psychotic symptoms; 2) No age, no gender; 3) The subject or legal guardian gives full informed consent and signs the informed consent. Eligibility criteria for children of patients with mental disorders: Previous or current ICD-10 and DSM-5 children with schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, schizoaffective disorder, delusional disorder; 2) Age 2~6 years old, gender is not limited; 3) The legal guardian gives full informed consent and signs the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria :1) accompanied by serious physical diseases (epilepsy, tumor, cerebrovascular disease, infection, etc.); 2) serious physical diseases such as heart, liver and kidney: 3) psychoactive substance dependence or abuse; 4) Pregnant or lactating women
