Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: a. Sign an informed consent form; b. BMI: 18.5-29.9kg/m2; c. Patients scheduled for surgery under general anesthesia or thoracoscopy; d. Age = 18; e. The postoperative pulmonary complication score is moderate or high risk; f. ASA level I-II; g. No conductive suture, no multiple chest tubes.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: a. Preoperative atelectasis and pleural effusion were present, and positive airway pressure ventilation (such as continuous positive airway pressure in sleep obstructive sleep apnea syndrome) was used before surgery; b. Emergency surgery; c. Contraindications for EIT (pacemakers, automatic implantable cardioverter defibrillators, and implantable pumps); d. Pregnant women.
