Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients with respiratory comorbidities (two or more chronic respiratory diseases). 2.Patients aged between 18 and 80 years. 3.Patients who are able to communicate and read in Chinese. 4.Patients who voluntarily participate in the study and sign an informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients who have active tuberculosis, pulmonary embolism or other serious respiratory diseases. 2.Patients who have severe cardiovascular, cerebrovascular liver, or kidney diseases. 3.The disease status or mental state of the participants affects their self-reporting. 4.There is cognitive or other impairment that affects the self-reporting of participants.
