18 Years to 50 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? Pregnant women aged 18 years or over; ? The community periodontal index (CPI) ranges from 1 to 3 points; ? Have not received formal and systematic oral health education before; ? Capable of independent reading and writing, proficient in using smartphones.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? Individuals with pregnancy complications or other serious illnesses (e.g. HIV infection, autoimmune diseases, diabetes mellitus, or cardiovascular diseases); ? premature rupture of membranes, preeclampsia, or vaginal bleeding during this study; ? Received periodontal treatment within 6 months; ? Have a history of severe psychological disorders (e.g. mental illness or severe depression).
