Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) People who underwent total colonoscopy in gastroenteroscopy room. (2) People who agree to participate in this study and are willing to sign informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Previous diagnosis of malignant tumors other than colorectal cancer. (2) Received any of the following drug treatments within 1 month before sample collection: ? Drugs used for the treatment of colorectal diseases; ? Antibiotics; ?probiotics; ? Laxatives. (3) Patients with a family history of colorectal cancer.
