Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the diagnostic criteria of the "Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Pregnancy Induced Hypertension (2020)" and have good blood pressure control (140mmHg = systolic blood pressure<150mmHg and/or 90mmHg = diastolic blood pressure<100mmHg); 2. Age 20-35 years old, with normal BMI (18.5-23.9Kg/m2); 3. Pregnancy is between 28 and 32 weeks; 4. Have complete cognitive and behavioral abilities, and good communication and expression skills; 5. Volunteer to participate in this survey and research, willing to sign an informed consent form; 6. Intention to give birth in our hospital. 7. Proficient in using smartphones.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe heart, lung, liver, and kidney damage; 2. Chronic hypertension combined with pregnancy; 3. Severe preeclampsia, taking antihypertensive drugs; 4. Pregnant women with acute pregnancy complications; 5. Pregnant women with mental, cognitive, or psychological disorders; 6. Have diabetes in pregnancy or diabetes with pregnancy; 7. Placenta previa, cervical incompetence, and persistent vaginal bleeding in the middle and late stages of pregnancy after 26 weeks of pregnancy
