Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with RA meet the classification criteria for rheumatoid arthritis set by the American College of Rheumatology (ACR) and the European League Against Rheumatism (EULAR) in 2009. Patients with gouty arthritis included in the study meet the 2015 ACR/EULAR classification criteria. Patients with ankylosing spondylitis included in the study meet the revised New York criteria established by the American College of Rheumatology in 1984. Patients with psoriatic arthritis included in the study meet the ACR classification criteria from 2006, and patients with a score =3 are diagnosed with psoriatic arthritis. Patients with systemic lupus erythematosus included in the study meet the 1997 classification criteria of the American College of Rheumatology. Patients with connective tissue diseases included in the study meet the 1982 classification criteria of the American College of Rheumatology. Patients with osteoarthritis included in the study meet the 1986 classification criteria of the American College of Rheumatology. Voluntary signing of an informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. The patient is in the acute stage of acute infection or recurrent infectious disease at the time of screening 2. The patient is in a state of liver and kidney insufficiency and cardiac insufficiency at the time of screening 3. The patient suffers from severe, progressive, uncontrolled cardiovascular, cerebrovascular, liver, kidney, lung, gastrointestinal, hematopoietic, endocrine, nervous system and other diseases, as well as other conditions that the patient is not suitable to participate in this trial.
