Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Skeletal Class II malocclusion; The maxillary development is normal or slightly overdeveloped, and the mandible is underdeveloped; From the side, the appearance is poor, the mandible is obviously underdeveloped, the chin shrinks, the mandible extends to the cut when the side appearance is significantly improved; The lower anterior teeth are not obviously crowded and uneven; In CS1-CS3 before treatment according to cervical maturation analysis; Upper and lower tooth socket angle (ANB angle)> 4.5; Value of mandibular plane angle FMA FMA 28; Twin-block early orthodontic treatment or just ended or ended half a year.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Systemic disease, syndrome, congenital anomalies; History of orthodontic treatment; A history of airway surgery; Facial slant; History of jaw bone trauma; Those who cannot complete the correction and follow-up due to their own reasons;
