40 Years to 80 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: The inclusion criteria were: (1) age 40-80 years old, male and female; (2) joint pain or swelling, with or without joint effusion; (3) Meet the diagnostic criteria of KOA; (4) Taking a standard course of non-carrier anti-inflammatory analgesics, still related to joint symptoms; (5) KOA KL grade 3 and below; (6) Agree to the treatment and sign the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) does not meet the above diagnostic requirements and inclusion criteria; (2) severe cognitive, visual, or hearing impairment, or inability to understand instructions and expression requirements; (3) Other diseases such as heart and lung diseases, liver and kidney diseases, tumors, musculoskeletal disorders, and any diseases that may limit movement; (4) Patients undergoing other operations at the same time during perioperative period.
