Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Postoperative patients met the diagnostic criteria for mild and moderate hypoxemia during the perioperative period as outlined in the "Noninvasive Respiratory Support in the Hypoxaemic Peri-operative/Periprocedural Patient: A Joint ESA/ESICM Guideline." Specifically, a PaO2/FiO2 ratio greater than 100 mmHg but less than or equal to 300 mmHg was observed, where ratios greater than 200 mmHg but less than or equal to 300 mmHg indicated mild hypoxemia, and ratios greater than 100 mmHg but less than or equal to 200 mmHg indicated moderate hypoxemia. 2. Postoperatively, patients adhered to medical advice by utilizing high-flow heated and humidified nasal oxygen therapy (HFNC).
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.patients with severe norectal or rectal diseases; 2.patients with long-term diarrhea; 3. patients with a history of myocardial infarction.
