Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: ? Age = 65 years old, no gender limitation; ? Delirium assessed by the Chinese version of the 3min Delirium Diagnostic Scale (3D-CAM); ? No surgical treatment in the last six months; ? Agreed to participate in the program and have signed the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: ? recent (<1 month) history of antibiotic, probiotic or prebiotic administration; ? gastroenteroscopy or enema within one month; ? previous or ongoing fecal colony transplantation treatment; ? illnesses affecting cognitive assessment or inability to cooperate; ? co-morbidities with malignant tumors; ? lack of consent to participate in the project; and ? other conditions deemed inappropriate for enrollment by the researcher.
