Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) If the subject is included as a septic subject, sepsis is derived from the International Committee on the Definition of Sepsis and is based on a Identifiable or suspected site of infection and systemic inflammatory response syndrome to diagnosis. Known or suspected infection Infection with at least two of the SIRS (i) Temperature >38°C or 90 beats/min; (iii) Respiration >20 breaths/minute or PaCO2 12×109/L or 38? or 90 beats/min; (3) respiration >20 breaths/min or PaCO2 90 beats per minute; ? Respiration >20 breaths per minute or PaCO2 12×109/L or <4×109/L. (3) Subjects of any gender who voluntarily sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Subjects with HIV, HBV, HCV, HDV and other infectious diseases; (2) Subjects who are seriously ill or who have been assessed by a clinician to be unsuitable for blood sampling.
