20 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients aged 20-75 years who plan to undergo pulmonary nodule (inferior lobe) resection, who explicitly consent to the use of electronic navigation bronchoscopy for localization, have a complete preoperative pulmonary function report, cardiopulmonary function can be tolerated, and no obvious contraindications to anesthesia

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Pregnancy, ASA grade =IV, highly contagious disease, extensive chest surface burns, emphysema, severe pulmonary bulla, contraindications to EIT (pacemaker, automatic implantable defibrillator, implantable pump), contraindications to bronchoscopy, preoperative hemodynamic instability, patients who refused to participate in the trial.
