experimental group :In the early incubation period of the first stage of labor, the puerpera was treated for Lamaze breathing method and arm cross movement management.
control group:Compared with the experimental group, the control mothers did not undergo arm cross movements. The rest of the nursing measures were the same as in the experimental group.

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: ? Over 18 years; ? in vaginal trial stage; ? in early incubation period (0-3 cm); ? did not use anesthetic or analgesics; ? had no communication problem; ? informed consent to participate in the study
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Inindication for cesarean section; 2. Previous psychiatric history
