Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Mild to moderate chronic periodontitis: Stage I and Stage II in the new classification of 2018, alveolar bone resorption was less than 1/3 of tooth root length, none absence of teeth other than wisdom teeth; Whole mouth plaque index (PLI) 3 mm periodontal pocket; There were no root bifurcation lesions above I ° (2) Aged between 18 and 35 years old; (3) Dentition crowding is less than 5 mm; (4) At least 3 months have not used antibiotics, anti-inflammatories, anticoagulants; (5) Non-extractive dental treatment
Exclusion criteria
