Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: To be included to the study, patients must: (1)Those who voluntarily participate and sign an informed consent form; (2)Age from 18 to 70 years old; (3)Tested by the central laboratory on an empty stomach and meets the following standards: (a) Triglyceride TG = 1.7mmol/L; (b) Total cholesterol TC = 5.20mmol/L; (c) High density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C)<1.04 mmol/L; (d) Low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C) = 3.37mmol/L. Diagnosis can be made if one or more of the above criteria are met. Atherosclerotic cardiovascular disease (ASCVD) risk is classified as low-risk individuals (5)Have not taken any lipid-lowering medication recently or have taken lipid-lowering medication before. Patients included in this study must meet all five requirements mentioned above.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1)LDL-C = 4.9 mmol/L or TC = 7.2 mmol/L; (2)Diabetic (age<40 years); (3)Chronic kidney disease (CKD) 3-4 stages; (4)Drug induced hyperlipidemia; (5)Patients with secondary hyperlipidemia and homozygous hypercholesterolemia caused by other diseases (Such as nephrotic syndrome, gout, hypothyroidism, acute and chronic hepatobiliary diseases and diabetes, etc.); (6)Patients with serious diseases such as cardiovascular, cerebrovascular, liver, kidney, and hematopoietic systems; (7)Progressive malignant tumors or individuals with severe acute or chronic infections; (8)Pregnant or lactating women; (9)Psychotic patients; Patients who meet any of the above criteria will be excluded.
