Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Stage of diagnosis: 1) patients visiting the Department of Otolaryngology Head and Neck Surgery from February 2024 to May 2027; 2) Patients with one or more of the following symptoms: (1) forcibly suck back nasal or nasopharyngeal secretions, cause suction back nasal mucus blood; ? the symptoms and signs of secretory otitis media such as tinnitus and hearing loss; ? nasal congestion; ? unilateral persistent headache; ? Enlarged cervical lymph nodes. 3) informed consent of the subjects. Prognostic stage: ? The diagnosis was confirmed by nasopharyngeal biopsy; ? Primary squamous cell carcinoma ?K score =70; ? informed consent of patients; ? no blood system diseases, fever, tuberculosis and other infectious diseases;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Stage of diagnosis: 1) patients who had received systemic glucocorticoids or other immunosuppressive agents; 2) patients with malignant tumors or hematological diseases. Prognostic stage: ? patients with difficult data collection; ? patients with distant metastasis; ? patients who could not obtain peripheral blood results before antineoplastic treatment; ? patients with systemic infection;
