Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Be at least 18 years old, (2) meet the diagnostic criteria for T2DM [24] in the Chinese Guidelines for the Prevention and Treatment of Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus (2020 Edition) and have been treated with pen insulin subcutaneous injection for more than 6 months, (3) At least one LH has been diagnosed by ultrasound exploration, (4) Voluntarily participate and sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients with acute of diabetes mellitus or severe cerebrovascular disease who cannot move independently, (2) Patients with severe skin diseases, severe scar tissue or allergies to research materials, (3) Patients with mental illness or cognitive impairment, (4) Pregnancy or lactation.
