Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? Age =60 years old; (2) Rural resident population (duration =6 months); (3) Unmarried, divorced, widowed, no partner, children, caregivers or relatives living with; ? Clear consciousness, able to communicate effectively; ? Volunteer to participate in this study and sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? Patients with severe acute and chronic diseases, such as serious heart failure, kidney failure, liver disease, malignant tumor, etc.; ? People with cognitive dysfunction; (3) Those who are deaf, blind, aphasia or unable to complete the questionnaire with the assistance of the investigator due to other physical diseases; ? Non-rural household registration.
