Control group:The control group received lifestyle management and education guidance according to the specialized nursing routine.
Experimental group:On the basis of the control group, the experimental group implemented the lifestyle management program of ischemic stroke patients based on the LEARNING model.

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: ? Patients with ischemic stroke who meet the diagnostic criteria of the Guidelines for Primary Diagnosis and Treatment of Ischemic Stroke (2021) and are confirmed by head CT or MRI; ? The patient had the first onset and was stable; ? Age =18 years old; ?Barthel index =60; ? Be able to communicate effectively, have the ability to read and write; ? Can independently use mobile phone software such as wechat; ? Informed consent, willing to participate in this study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: ? Mental illness and other serious diseases in the body, such as serious failure of the function of important organs of the body or malignant tumors; ? Patients who are participating in other studies.
