18 Years to 60 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) T2DM diagnosis meeting WHO diagnostic criteria 2) oral metformin/life intervention 3) HbA1c 7.0-9.5% 4) BMI 24-28kg/m^2
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Age = 60 years old, HbA1c = 9.5%, pregnancy, history of drinking and smoking, history of surgery in the last 6 months, complicated with acute and chronic diseases (such as cardiovascular system, respiratory system, urinary system, gastrointestinal system), using glucocorticoids, participating in other clinical trials
