Diet assessment group:1.Routine nutrition education 2.Nutritional dietary assessments were performed at regular intervals at 2, 4, 8, and 12 weeks after discharge

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Stage I, II, III colorectal cancer survivors, age =18 years; 2. Patients or family members have communication skills, text reading and comprehension skills, and the ability to use smart phones or wechat; 3. The digestive tract function of the patient is normal/partially normal, and the patient can eat or take oral nutritional supplements; 4. Informed consent and voluntary participation of patients or family members in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients receiving nutritional support through nasogastric tube/nasointestinal tube or parenteral route; 2. The patient has mental illness and cannot cooperate; 3. Patients with other serious comorbidities or those requiring strict diet control (diabetes, hypertension); 4. Allergy to dairy products, soy products, wheat and other foods; 5. Patients with distant metastasis.
