Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Patients who undergo surgery on their limbs and use tourniquets during surgery; (2) Patients =18 years of age;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Operation time <60min; (2) The use of pressor drugs after anesthesia induction due to significant reduction in blood pressure; (3) Combined abdominal and thoracoabdominal organ injury, craniocerebral trauma and circulation instability due to blood loss; (4) Surgical limb infection, tumor, etc., can not be expelled.
