18 Years to 24 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1)In good physical health, without cardiovascular, pulmonary, or other chronic diseases; (2)With at least two years of professional basketball training experience and having participated in at least two provincial-level or above college basketball competitions; (3)Having at least one year of experience in aerobic or anaerobic training; (4)No harmful habits such as alcohol abuse; (5)Cannot participate in other experiments while taking part in this study; (6)Voluntarily participate in the experiment, actively engage in testing and training, and must sign an informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Low compliance; (2) Injured and lost to follow-up, quit halfway; (3) Failure to cooperate.
