18 Years to 112 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged>18 years old; 2. American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) classification I-IV; 3. Patients diagnosed with lower limb traumatic fractures and undergoing surgical treatment; 4.Complete clinical medical records.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Long-term use of anticoagulant drugs; 2. Non traumatic fracture patients; 3. Patients with concomitant coagulation dysfunction or hematological disorders; 4. Individuals with a history of drug abuse; 5. Pregnant and psychiatric patients.
