Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients undergoing elective general anesthesia for laparoscopic radical resection of colorectal cancer in the elderly, regardless of gender. 2.ASA: Grade II-III; 3.Age: =65 years old; 4.Able to independently complete the Mini-Mental State Examination (MMSE) and Montreal Cognitive Assessment (MOCA)
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with a long history of alcohol consumption, neurological, muscular, endocrine system, or mental disorder history, or those who have been using neuro-psychoactive drugs such as anti-depressants and anti-anxiety medications for a long time; 2.Patients with severe impairment in cardiovascular, respiratory, liver, and kidney functions; 3.Patients with a body mass index below 18.5 kg/? or above 30 kg/?; 4.Patients who are unable to complete a mental function test successfully before surgery.
