Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18 to 80 years, gender is not limited; 2. Meets the diagnostic standard of premature ventricular complexes; 3. Be aware, articulate, able to read and communicate with investigators without difficulty; 4. Understand and agree to participate in this study and sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with acute coronary syndrome, malignant arrhythmia (ventricular flutter, ventricular fibrillation, grade III atrioventricular block), severe cardiac insufficiency (NYHA grade IV) and other critical cardiovascular diseases; 2. Premature ventricular complexes due to food/drug poisoning, electrolyte disturbance, acid-base imbalance and other systemic factors; 3. Premature ventricular complexes due to anemia, hyperthyroidism, stroke and other diseases; 4. Patients with abnormal consciousness, inability to communicate normally, or other reasons that make it difficult to accurately obtain medical information; 5. Refusing to sign informed consent.
