Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age=18 years old, gender is not limited. 2. Meets the diagnostic standard of pulmonary hypertension, pulmonary artery systolic pressure measured by echocardiography = 40mmHg. 3. Patients with clear consciousness, ability to express and read, and no difficulty in communicating with the investigator. 4. Patients give informed consent to the purpose and content of the study and sign the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with acute exacerbation of chronic heart failure, acute exacerbation of COPD. 2. Patients with acute coronary syndrome, malignant arrhythmia, malignant neoplasm, hematologic diseases and other serious diseases. 3. Patients with abnormal mental state, inability to communicate normally, or other reasons which make it difficult to accurately obtain information about their condition. 4. Patients who refuse to sign informed consent.
