Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ?Male children aged 1 to 3 years ?preoperative ultrasonography clearly showing an inguinal hernia ?Signed informed consent and willing to cooperate with the investigator

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ?Incarcerated hernia ?concurrent hydrocele or cryptorchidism ?contralateral internal ring opening not closed intraoperativel ? hypogastic zone operation history
