Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Conform to the diagnostic and typing standards for diabetes formulated by WHO in 1999; (2) Age range from 40 to 65 years old; (3) HbA1C = 9.0% or FPG = 11.1;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Type 1 diabetes, diabetes ketoacidosis. Excluding heart, liver, and pancreatic diseases, excluding infections, tumors, immune diseases, urinary tract infections, severe hypertension, and heart failure. No acute complications and serious chronic complications of diabetes have occurred recently.
