Interventions

Dex group:patients in the dexmedetomidine group received infusion of dexmedetomidine (0.2 µg/kg/h) until end of the surgery, and the formula of postoperative analgesia pump (2mg/kg flurbiprofen ester
Control group:equal amount of normal saline will be given and the formula of postoperative analgesia pump (2mg/kg flurbiprofen ester +1ug/kg sufentanil)

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: adult patients (65-85 y old), with American Society of Anesthesiologists physical status II or III, who will be scheduled for elective hip fracture operation under intraspinal anesthesia

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: history of hormone use within week before surgery, signs of acute infection, history of immune system, nervous system and mental illness, tuberculosis, hepatitis and other infectious diseases
