Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Meet the diagnostic criteria for pneumonia; Survival time in hospital was 3 days; Hospitalization data were relatively complete.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Survival time in hospital <3 days; There was no systematic serological test and culture of drug-resistant bacteria, and the clinical data were missing seriously.
