Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Refer to the Chinese Guidelines for Colorectal Cancer Screening and Early Diagnosis and Treatment released in 2020. ? Age 18-75 years old; ? Preoperative diagnosis of rectal cancer was confirmed by pathology and low anterior resection was decided; ? Less than 1 month after completion of anterior resection; ? Have and skilled use of mobile phone wechat; ? Voluntary participation in research, informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: ? There are communication disorders, cognitive disorders or mental disorders; ?With distant metastasis, the expected survival is less than 3 months; ? The presence of anal sphincter damage, anal malformation, inflammatory bowel disease or other diseases leading to abnormal anorectal function before surgery; ?Severe heart, lung, kidney and other systemic diseases; ? combined with coagulation dysfunction and other hematopoietic systemic diseases; ? Participating in other clinical trials; ? Have a serious physical disease, can not cooperate.
