Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: ? Volunteer to participate in this clinical study and sign informed consent. The ratio of male to female is not limited, and the age is 18-70 years old. ? He has not participated in other clinical trials in the past 1 month. ? No history of other eye diseases or eye surgery. (5) Have not used eye medication, or have used medication but have stopped the medication for more than 1 month. The inclusion criteria of the dry eye related neuralgia group were as follows: ? the diagnostic criteria of dry eye in the "Chinese dry eye Expert Consensus: Definition and Classification (2020)". ?OSDI score =13, OPAS score > Nine points. ? Confocal examination revealed abnormal corneal nerves.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: ? Allergic to any component of the test reagent. ? Unable or unwilling to sign informed consent. ? ocular surface active infection or ocular surface infection within the past 1 month. ? History of eye surgery. ? History of wearing contact lenses in the past 1 month. ? History of local or systemic drug use in the past 1 month. Severe heart, cerebrovascular, liver, kidney and hematopoietic system and other serious diseases. Women who are pregnant or breastfeeding. ? The investigator believes that there are any reasons not suitable to participate in the trial.
