Normal Saline group (Group N):Preoperative 0.01 ml/kg physiological saline nasal drip
Dexmedetomidine group (Group D):Preoperative 1 µg/kg dexmedetomidine nasal drops

18 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) General anesthesia patients planning to undergo hysteroscopy at Xijing Hospital 2) ASA grade I-II patients 3) 18 years = Age<60 years 4) Patient signing informed consent form

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Allergies to dexmedetomidine and propofol 2) Patients with impaired liver function 3) History of mental illness or presence of cognitive impairment 4) Patients with sleep apnea syndrome 5) Severe heart failure, second or third degree atrioventricular block 6) History of upper respiratory tract infection, lung disease, or nasal surgery within two weeks
