18 Years to 90 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? Age: >Patients aged 18 years who were discharged with jejunostomy or nasoduodenal tube after thoracoscopic and laparoscopic radical resection of esophageal cancer; ? clear consciousness, with language communication ability; ? no serious postoperative complications or complications; ? informed consent, voluntary participation; ? patient or family member can use smart phone; ? the expected duration of catheterization =12 weeks; ? patients requiring postoperative radiotherapy and chemotherapy.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? Removal of jejunostomy tube or nasoduodenal tube due to disease progression or planned removal within 12 weeks after discharge; ? Rehospitalization due to disease progression or accident; ? those who voluntarily gave up the study or lost to follow-up, including those who died of accidents.
