Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. The clinical or imaging diagnosis was femoral neck fracture, intertrochanteric fracture, and intertrochanteric fracture; 2. Plan surgery; 3. Patients aged 65-85 years; 4.ASA?~?, no serious major organ dysfunction.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Contraindications to intraspinal anesthesia, such as central system diseases, spinal malformations and injuries, spinal tuberculosis and tumors, shock, sepsis, skin infection at the puncture site, coagulation dysfunction, psychosis, severe neurosis and other patients who cannot cooperate;2.Refusal to receive intraspinal anesthesia;3.Patients who have been assessed by an anesthesiologist or surgeon as unsuitable for inclusion.
