18 Years to 22 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) the athletes are in good health; (2) the maximum weight of the deep squat is 1.5 times their own body weight; (3) there was no history of injury in the last six months; (4) they had experience in resistance training; and (5) the subjects voluntarily enroll in this study by signing an informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Low compliance; 2. Injured and lost to follow-up, quit halfway; 3. Failure to cooperate.
