Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Postoperative uncorrected or corrected distance visual acuity was greater than 0.8; 22mm< axial length <25mm; Corneal astigmatism less than 1. 00D; The whole body condition was good, and there was no diabetic polar nervous system disease affecting pupil size. The pupil of the operated eye was round and sensitive to light, with a diameter of 2-3.5mm. Mydriatic examination showed that the intraocular lens was located in the capsular pocket, the capsular pocket was not shrinking, and the posterior capsule was clear.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Corneal disease, uveitis, glaucoma, retinal disease, optic nerve disease, or other eye diseases that potentially affect vision. History of ocular trauma or ocular surgery, endothelial cells less than 1800 /mm2 Intraoperative complications included posterior capsule rupture, vitreous dislocation, ciliary sulcus implantation of IOL
