Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (i) aged =18 years; (ii) assumed the primary caregiving responsibility for patients with end-stage tumors, with an average caregiving time of >8 hours/day; (iii) was the patient's spouse, parents, children, and other immediate relatives; (iv) possessed normal communication skills; (v) was proficient in the use of smartphones, computers, and other devices; and (vi) consented to participate in this study by himself and the patient.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (i) those with previous mental illness or severe cognitive dysfunction; (ii) those with severe cardiac, cerebral, renal, and pulmonary dysfunction; and (iii) those who have suffered other major stressful events in the recent past.
