40 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Case group: 40 years = age = 75 years at the time of enrollment, male or female; meeting the 2021 GLOD guideline COPD diagnostic criteria, recent worsening of dyspnea, often accompanied by wheezing, chest tightness, worsening of cough, increase in sputum volume, change in sputum color and/or viscosity, and fever; being able to complete the basic information filling; being able and willing to sign the informed consent form. Control group: 40 years old = age = 75 years old, male and female, healthy people without respiratory system diseases.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion of chest trauma, bronchial asthma, bronchiectasis, malignant tumors of the respiratory system or other systems, pneumothorax, or other known respiratory diseases.
