Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Disease group: Diagnosed with schizophrenia according to ICD-10 criteria, no other severe mental disorder diagnosis, aged 18-60 years old, currently hospitalized in Shanghai Mental Health Center, have signed informed consent form; Control group: Shanghai mental health center employees who have no diagnosis of severe mental disorders and are matched in age, gender, and disease group, have signed informed consent forms;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria: 1. Ophthalmic diseases such as glaucoma, retinopathy, high myopia, cataracts, etc. that cause errors in the measurement of retinal electrophysiology or flash retina; 2. Intellectual developmental disorders; 3. Diseases that cause neuroretinal atrophy, including brain trauma, neurological disorders, poorly controlled cardiovascular and metabolic diseases (average blood pressure>135/85mmHg, glycated Hb>6.5, fasting TG>1.7mmol/L, HDL-C<1.04mmol/L); 4. History of disorders in the use of psychoactive substances; 5. Unable to cooperate; 6. Have a history of electroconvulsive therapy in the past six months; 7. Optical coherence tomography examination revealed abnormal retinal structure.
